Our goal is to find any general deficiencies that might be covered by

your home warranty before it expires.

 

Other Inspection

($100 flat fee)

Know for your own peace of mind.

Our goal is to keep you informed of the condition of a specific system of your house,

examples would be: foundation, sprinkler system, etc.

Swimming Pool/Spa Consultation

($175 flat fee)

Know before you swim.

Our goal is to keep you informed of the condition of your pool/spa and the chemistry of your water.

 

 

*All inspections follow the standards of practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission and can take 3 – 4 hours to complete. We recommend that you attend the last half hour of the inspection to go over the findings. You will receive a written report, with pictures, the next day in a PDF file, as well as a home maintenance guidebook.
